1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pj333 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pj333 website at pj333.bet and all associated services, features, and content offered through that domain.

By accessing or using any part of the pj333 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of pj333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must hold a single pj333 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under false identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full pj333 platform you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid phone number, set a password, and agree to these Terms. Upon successful registration, pj333 will assign a unique account identifier to your profile.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pj333 will never ask for your password via SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel.
• All activity conducted from your account — whether by you or by another person using your credentials — is your responsibility. pj333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login details.
• You must notify pj333 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pj333 may suspend the account pending investigation.
• pj333 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months — following written notice to the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on file prior to closure.
• pj333 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions to protect your personal and financial information. While pj333 employs industry-standard security measures, you are also advised to use a strong unique password and to avoid accessing your account on shared or public devices.

Account registration is free of charge. pj333 does not levy any fee for creating, maintaining, or closing a standard player account. Fees related to payment processing (if any) are disclosed at the point of deposit or withdrawal and are charged by the relevant payment service provider, not by pj333 directly.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

pj333 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). pj333 does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of a third party.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. pj333 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice, and any such changes will be reflected on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with KYC obligations. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be approved at pj333's discretion after full account verification.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. Verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID. pj333 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation.
• pj333 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pj333's control.
• pj333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases pj333 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pj333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer on the Promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover). A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered twenty times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transferring a bonus to another account is prohibited and constitutes grounds for forfeiture.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period that is specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused bonus funds and associated free spins that remain unclaimed or unused past the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• pj333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including after a player has opted in, if pj333 reasonably suspects the offer is being exploited or abused.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per eligible player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account, or after having previously claimed the same promotion under a different account, is considered bonus abuse.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pj333 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to circumvent the platform's normal operation, including game outcome prediction tools and data-scraping programmes.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or exploiting software bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. pj333 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Registering or operating more than one pj333 account, whether under your own name, a false name, or using a third party's identity with or without their knowledge.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with pj333 software, platform infrastructure, or game code.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content through any communication channel provided by or associated with the pj333 platform.

pj333 employs real-time fraud detection systems and works with third-party security providers to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate internal review, the outcome of which may include account restrictions applied without prior notice.

7Responsible Gaming

Nothing on this platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any pj333 intellectual property without the express written consent of pj333 or the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pj333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pj333 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the pj333 platform. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which such claim is brought.

• pj333 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or any other events outside pj333's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
• pj333 is not responsible for errors or omissions in game outcomes where those outcomes are determined by certified third-party RNG systems operated by licensed game providers. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance.
• pj333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pj333's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Amendments and Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail.
